Every year, "Friends of Inside Albany" must raise $500,000 to produce the 52 weekly programs.

At the opening and closing of each program, you will see on-air credits from our underwriters. These companies and organizations have contributed money to "Friends of Inside Albany" to be featured in one of the 156 underwriting credits each year.

If you or your organization is interested in receiving more information on underwriting, please fill out the form below.

Since 1975, Inside Albany has given New Yorkers an inside look at the workings of New York State government and politics.

No other television program regularly takes its viewers onto the floor of the Assembly and Senate for debates or introduces them to lawmakers from across the state. When the Legislature is not in session, Inside Albany has brought its viewers to a Brooklyn hospital, an Adirondack mountain peak and the control room of Nine Mile II nuclear power plant. For 24 years, Inside Albany has traveled from Buffalo to Brookhaven to cover political campaigns.

This kind of on-the-scene coverage is expensive. Every year Friends of Inside Albany must raise $500,000 from underwriters and individual donors to produce the weekly programs. We receive no financial support from government or from public television to cover our production costs.

If you are interested in becoming a "Friend" of Inside Albany, please fill out and submit this form and you will receive a fundraising letter to which you can respond.

Thank you.
